What should I expect?

You will leave the first visit with your diagnosis.
Diagnoses may be adjusted as I get to know you better over time.
Some diagnoses may require additional visits for more information the patient. See our ADHD and Autism page for more information.
You will leave the first visit with your treatment plan. Your treatment plan may include:
Medication, if you want to try medication and it’s indicated.
Referrals if you are interested and they are indicated. (Counseling, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical specialists, and more…)
Preliminary guidance and information on patient tailored parenting techniques, learning supports, and more.

*previous psychological evaluations or psychoeducational testing
*list of all previous medication (medical and psychiatric, including supplements) (click here for form)
*any information about you or your child that might help me ahead of time in sensitive and compassionate care (eg past trauma that is difficult to talk about in detail in person or around your child)
