Table Talk Psych is out of network with all insurance companies.

You will pay visit fees at the time of service, and a “super-bill” will be provided for you to submit to your insurance to apply cost to your deductible and for reimbursement when applicable.

Appointment Fees

New Patient

(90–120 minutes): $400 $175 deposit required at booking

CARS2

Autism testing

(45–70 minutes): $350

Follow-up

Complex follow-up

(20–40 minutes): $200

45–70 minutes): $300 These visits are prescheduled based on client need, not up-charged by surprise.

Between-visit phone calls

5–10 minutes): $75 Calls longer than 10 minutes are billed as a full follow-up visit ($200). Between visit Spruce messaging is free, but if more complex questions arise it may require a phone call or visit to address.
